Certain foods, such as Baked Alaska or Lobster Thermidor, have a higher risk of fire, especially if they require a flambé however, a Sim's Cooking skill needs to be quite high before these foods are available to cook.(The meal may catch fire on its own if the Sim making it has low Cooking skill.)
